Step 01
Received "Approved Visa on Arrival Letter" by email.
You have receive from us after approval from the Vietnamese Immigration Department your "Approved Visa on Arrival Letter" by email from us in the requested process time as requested.
- Kindly check if you can open and read all the attached files as PDF.

- Vietnamese Visa Application Form NA1
- Check carefully if your "Approved Visa on Arrival Letter" (VOA) details are correct.
Where can I find my details as my name?
You will find your details in the PDF document "Approved Visa on Arrival Letter" as it's very important that all details are correct as mentioned in your passport on you VOA document. With incorrect information you will be refused on your flight and by the "Vietnamese Immigration Department".
Note: this can be more than 1 documents, please find your details.

- Kind of Visa as requested
Note: In some situations, if you will have several given-names the Immigration Department might shorten a part of the names with the first & last letter of the name, this as the system has limited characters and it's a normal solution and accepted to enter Vietnam!
Important: Please note on the day of traveling your passport needs to at least 6 months valid and 3 empty visa pages. If one does not comply, one is refused in Vietnam.
If there is anything not correct received or details are incorrectly, please contact us directly! As our Visa Department team is very careful checking all your details human error might be possible. As applicants are responsible themselves for entering and submitting as checking the received final "Approved Visa on Arrival Letter".
Step 02
Prepare all document for printing before your departure to Vietnam.
We really advice you to prepare all your document & everything needed to enter Vietnam well before your departure date. This to reduce any travel tensions before departure, it is better to get well prepared.
What to Print?
- 1 X Print Approved Visa on Arrival Letter
- 2X Print Vietnamese Visa Application Form NA1
What do I need to fill in & prepare?
- Fill in the form 2X “Vietnamese Visa Application Form NA1”
- Attach 2 passport pictures (size 4x6, 3x5, 2x4 is okay!)
Tip: During time we have learned from many travel experiences, we advice to make a photo on your mobile phone just to be sure. Please note that all documents needed to be printed, showing digital on device is not valid!
Step 03
Prepare cash & others before your departure to Vietnam.
What do I need to fill in & prepare?
- Valid passport the same as you applied for VOA.
- Passport needs to be at least 6 months valid on the day of your arrival.
- Passport need have at least 3 empty pages.
- 1 X Printed "Approved Visa on Arrival Letter".
- 2X Printed & filled in "Vietnamese Visa Application Form NA1" + attached passport pictures.
Cash
The Vietnamese Immigration Counter
accepts only cash as $USD or VND (Vietnam Dong the local currency) to pay for your stamping fee at the airport. We really advise you to arrange cash before your departure to Vietnam.
- Pay 25 $USD if you apply Single Entry for in cash for stamping fee at the airport Immigration Counter
- Pay 50 $USD if you apply Multi Entry for in cash for stamping fee at the airport Immigration Counter
Important: To avoid that you get stuck or delayed. There are no cash-points, banks or ATM’s at the airport before the Immigration Counter. Only cash is accepted, ceditcards are not accepted by the Vietnamese Immigration Department
Step 04
What do I need to show at the check in counter at the airport before my departure?
Please show at the check in counter of your departure to Vietnam your printable Approved Visa on Arrival Letter. If having a stop over in an other country the local authorities might re-ask you to shown them.
Note: Showing the files on your mobile phone or Ipad or other devices will be not accepted.
On your arrival at Vietnam’s airport what do I need to do?
Please find Immigration Counter or Visa on Arrival Counter at the airport
- Handover your passport + Visa on arrival letter + 2 x Application forms for entry and exit visa
- Pay stamping fee by cash.
- Receive your Visa Stamp in your passport regarding your requested details and date.
- Check if all the details of your visa stamp are correct
- Welcome to Vietnam and enjoy your holiday
Note: as it’s the regulation of the Vietnamese Immigration department requires to handover 2 x Application forms for entry and exit visa, it’s seems that the Immigration department are taking in only 1x Vietnamese Visa Application Form NA1 for entry and exit visa. Please note that we still need to advise you to handover 2 forms as following the Law of entry Vietnam.
